1. All books published or distributed by our client publishers are available through bookstores or directly from Longleaf Services.

2. Online orders must be pre-paid using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Mail orders must be prepaid by credit card, check, or money order in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to Longleaf Services. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Sale prices expire after the designated date.

3. Residents of North Carolina, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania will be charged appropriate state and local sales tax.

4. For web orders within the United States, we offer domestic shipping through USPS at a flat rate of $6.00 for the initial book and just $1.00 for each additional book. Other shipping options are available. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and distance. Please anticipate a delivery period of up to 2 weeks.

For international shipping, a charge of $10.00 will be added for the first book, and an additional $6.00 for each extra book. Delivery via surface mail may take up to 4-6 weeks.

5. Orders for books that are in stock are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days. We will ship forthcoming titles as they become available during the month of publication and will not charge your credit card until the book is shipped.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the print edition of your order, return the merchandise along with your order number and contact information, within 30 days, to the address below for a refund.

eBook Return Policy
Due to the way eBooks are immediately delivered via the downloading process, once an eBook has been opened it is not returnable.
